1 Add 1 serving (25g scoop) into your favourite bowl, mug or cup.
2 Pour 100ml of almond milk into the bowl, mug or cup.
3 Stir the mix together for 30 seconds to create an instant mousse.

To mix a high protein shake to be used between meals, add 250ml of water into a shaker cup or blender, add 1 serving (25g) of Smart Protein Plants and shake for 10 seconds.

Chocolate Cherry Brownies
Makes 12 brownies

You will need…
75g (3 scoops) Choc Cookies Smart Protein Plant
400ml almond milk
60g Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp coconut sugar
50g dark chocolate
100g frozen cherries
100ml coconut oil

Instructions
1 Mix all ingredients apart from cherries and chocolate, until smooth.
2 Stir in cherries and chocolate, then pour the batter into the lined tin 9 x 9\.
3 Bake at 180C (350F) for 20-25 minutes.
4 Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened consume within 60 days.
